Accomodation and Context Description

The apartment is located on the ground floor (3 steps to access) of a house divided into 4 lodgings, it is very cool and ventilated. It is equipped with wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning, with dehumidification and thermoventilation functions. All windows have mosquito nets. From the garden, a soft sandy driveway will take you to the sea in a couple of minutes.

It consists of a daily area and a sleeping area separated by a door. Furniture renewed in 2024.

• Daily area: kitchenette (1 bowl sink, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, medium fridge with freezer, microwave, pots and cutlery); living area (TV LCD 24” with TivùSat, 2 armchairs, 1 sofa bed, floor lamp); dining area (table for 6, cupboard with dishes).
• Sleeping area: 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with wardrobe and desk; 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, sink and washing machine.

In the garden: table for 6 with armchairs for exclusive use, shared outdoor cold shower, drying racks, parking area.

Car Parking

Apartment is equipped with 2 car parking places in the common garden. It’s advisable to bring a car cover to protect from pines’ needles and resin.

Additional Notes

Blankets are available. On demand: baby high chair, crib (free if available), iron. Bedlinen service at extra cost: bed prepared, 3 towels/guest, mats, tablecloth, 2 kitchen cloths. Towels must not be washed. Report damages. Final cleaning included. No beach service included.

Guest Safety

Apartment has safety devices according to current law. Garden partially fenced. Seabed shallow and sandy, waves usually safe. Concrete dam to cross. Ideal for children and beginner swimmers.

Move Around the Neighborhood

Via Dancalia reachable in 10/15 minutes walk: supermarket, pharmacy, bazaar, beach items, boutiques, ATMs, Emergency Medical. Tennis courts nearby. Beach resorts offer games and courts. Public park nearby.

Move Around the Area

“Laguna del Mort” walkable: wild beach, pine forest, white herons and purple salt flowers. Venice 50km away: reachable by bus, bus+ferry, train or car+ferry from Punta Sabbioni. East: Caorle (fishing town, colorful houses, seafood). West: Jesolo (shops, parks, nightlife). Water parks: Caorle (5 min), Acqualandia Jesolo (20 min).

Staying Terms

Minimun stay: 5 nights (May, June, September); 7 nights (July, August). Maximum: 28 nights. Check-in: Saturday and Sunday.

Good to Know

• Please arrive after 4 pm.
• At check-in: show valid ID, pay Tourist Tax (€ 0.80/night/person >6 years), receive 3 keys.
• Close doors/windows when using split AC/heater.
• Close parking gate and seaside gate after use.
• Smoking allowed outdoors; don’t leave cigarette butts.
• Sort waste responsibly, use street bins.
• Before departure: remove belongings, tidy furniture, clean from sand, clean kitchen, empty fridge, take trash out.
