About the Apartment

Located on the first floor (2 easy flights of stairs) of a house divided into 4 lodgings. Very cool and well-ventilated thanks to the pine shade and sea breeze. Equipped with wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning (with dehumidifier and heater functions). Mosquito nets on all windows. A sandy path from the garden leads to the beach in a couple of minutes.

The apartment consists of a daily area and a sleeping area, separated by a door. Furniture renewed in 2024.

• 1 room with king bed, wardrobe and desk
• 1 room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and desk; terrace with sea view, table, 3 chairs and drying rack
• 1 bathroom: shower, bidet, wc, sink and washing machine

Shared garden: exclusive table for 6, shared cold outdoor shower, drying lines, dedicated parking (2 spots). It's advisable to bring a car cover to protect from pine needles and resin.

Additional Notes

Blankets available. On request (if available, no extra cost): baby bed, high chair, iron set. Bedlinen service (additional fee) includes: bed ready at check-in, 3 towels per guest, shower rugs, 1 tablecloth, 2 kitchen towels. Towels must not be washed. Please report any damage. We're very sorry that we can't accommodate your pets, even if they're small.

Final cleaning included. No beach service.

🛡️ Guest Safety

Apartment complies with all safety regulations. Garden not fully fenced. Shallow sandy seabed, waves are not dangerous. There is a concrete dam to cross. Ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers.

🚶 Getting Around

10/15 min walk, bike or car to via Dancalia: supermarket, pharmacy, bazars, tobacco, ATMs, boutiques, emergency service. Nearby: tennis courts, beach volley, beach games, public park.

On foot: Laguna del Mort (unspoilt nature, unique flora and fauna). Caorle 8km east, Jesolo 8km west. Waterparks in Caorle (5 min) and Jesolo (20 min). Venice 50km away.

💡 Good to Know

• Please arrive after 4:00 pm.
• Registration with valid ID required. Tourist tax (€1,00/night/guest over 6 yrs) paid in cash. 3 sets of keys delivered.
• Close doors and windows when aircon is on. Use the remote to set temperature.
• Always close gates after use.
• Separate waste as required, use the bins along Via tra i Pini.
• Smoking allowed outside only. Please don't drop cigarette butts.
• Before check-out: check for personal items, restore any moved furniture, basic cleaning (especially sand), clean kitchen, empty fridge, take garbage to the bins.
