About the Apartment

Located on the ground floor (3 steps to access) of a house divided into 4 lodgings. Very cool and well-ventilated. Equipped with wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning (with dehumidification and thermoventilation functions). Mosquito nets on all windows. From the garden, a soft sandy path leads to the sea in a couple of minutes.

The apartment consists of a daily area and a sleeping area, separated by a door. Furniture renewed in 2024.

Garden: exclusive table for 6 with armchairs, shared cold outdoor shower, drying racks, dedicated parking (2 spots). A car cover is advisable to protect from pine needles and resin.

Additional Notes

Blankets available. On request (free if available): baby high chair, crib, iron. Bedlinen service (extra cost) includes: bed prepared, 3 towels per guest, mats, tablecloth, 2 kitchen cloths. Towels must not be washed. Please report any damage. We're very sorry that we can't accommodate your pets, even if they're small.

Final cleaning included. No beach service.

🛡️ Guest Safety

Apartment has all required safety devices. Garden partially fenced. Shallow sandy seabed, waves are usually safe. Concrete dam to cross. Ideal for children and beginner swimmers.

🚶 Getting Around

10/15 min walk to via Dancalia: supermarket, pharmacy, bazaar, boutiques, ATMs, emergency medical service. Nearby: tennis courts, beach resorts with games and courts, public park.

On foot: Laguna del Mort (wild beach, pine forest, white herons and salt flowers). Caorle east, Jesolo west. Waterparks in Caorle (5 min) and Acqualandia Jesolo (20 min). Venice 50km away.

• Please arrive after 4:00 pm.
• At check-in: show valid ID, pay Tourist Tax (€ 1,00/night/person over 6 yrs) in cash, receive 3 sets of keys.
• Close doors and windows when using the AC or heater.
• Close parking gate and seaside gate after use.
• Sort waste responsibly and use street bins.
• Smoking allowed outdoors only. Please don't leave cigarette butts.
• Before departure: remove belongings, tidy any moved furniture, clean sand, clean kitchen, empty fridge, take trash out.
