About the Apartment

Located on the ground floor of a house divided into 4 lodgings. Pine shade and sea breeze keep it fresh and ventilated. Equipped with wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning (with dehumidification and heating functions). Mosquito nets on every window. A sandy path from the garden leads to the beach in 2 minutes.

The apartment is divided into a living area and a sleeping area. Furniture renewed in 2024.

🛏️ Sleeping Area

• 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and desk
• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, wardrobe and desk
• 1 bathroom with window: sink, bidet, shower
• 1 second bathroom: toilet and sink

Common garden: outdoor cold shower and drying lines. Private drying rack on the porch. Parking: 2 spots in the garden. A car cover is recommended against pine needles and resin.

Additional Notes

Blankets available. On request (free if available): high chair, baby cot (0–2 yrs), iron. Bedlinen service (extra fee) includes: made bed, 3 towels per guest (face, bidet, shower), shower mats, 1 tablecloth, 2 kitchen cloths. Do not wash towels. Report any damage. We're very sorry that we can't accommodate your pets, even if they're small.

Final cleaning included. No beach service.

🛡️ Guest Safety

Apartment has all required safety equipment. Garden partially fenced. Shallow sandy seabed, calm waves. Concrete dam to cross. Safe for children and beginner swimmers.

🚶 Getting Around

10/15 min walk to via Dancalia: supermarket, pharmacy, bazaars, boutiques, ATM, medical guard. Nearby: tennis courts, beach games, public park with sports area.

On foot: Laguna del Mort (untouched beach, pinewood, rare wildlife). Caorle 8km east, Jesolo 8km west. Waterparks in Caorle (5 min) and Acqualandia Jesolo (20 min). Venice 50km — bus, ferry, train or car+ferry from Punta Sabbioni.

💡 Good to Know

• Please arrive after 4:00 pm.
• Valid ID required for registration. Tourist Tax (€1,00/night per guest over 6 yrs) paid in cash. 3 sets of keys delivered.
• Keep doors and windows closed when A/C is on.
• Always close gates after use.
• Separate waste according to Eraclea's recycling system.
• Smoking allowed outside only. Please don't leave cigarette butts.
• Before check-out: check drawers and cupboards, put back any moved furniture, clean up sand, clean cooking area, empty fridge, take garbage out.
