About the Apartment

Located on the first floor (2 easy flights of stairs) of a house divided into 4 units. Fresh and breezy thanks to pine shade and sea air. Equipped with wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning (with dehumidification and heating functions). Mosquito nets on all windows. A sandy path from the garden leads directly to the sea in a couple of minutes.

The apartment consists of a living area and a sleeping area. Furniture renewed in 2024.

• 1 room with double bed, wardrobe and desk
• 1 room with 3 single beds, wardrobe and desk
• 1 bathroom with window: sink, bidet, shower, washing machine
• 1 second bathroom: toilet and sink

Common garden: cold shower and shared drying rack. Private drying rack on the terrace. Parking: 2 spots in the common garden. A car cover is recommended to protect from pine resin and needles.

Additional Notes

Blankets available. On request (free, if available): high chair, baby cot, iron. Bedlinen service (additional fee) includes: bed made at check-in, 3 towels per guest, shower carpets, tablecloth and kitchen linen. Do not wash towels. Report any damage — reimbursement may apply. We're very sorry that we can't accommodate your pets, even if they're small.

Final cleaning included. No beach service.

🛡️ Guest Safety

Safety devices compliant with regulations. Garden not fully fenced. Sandy shallow seabed, waves are not dangerous. There is a concrete dam to cross. Ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers.

🚶 Getting Around

Via Dancalia within walking or biking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, bazaars, tobacconists, boutiques, ATMs, emergency service. Nearby: tennis courts, beach volley, beach games, public park.

On foot: Laguna del Mort (rare flora and fauna, pinewood walks). Caorle 8km east, Jesolo 8km west. Waterparks in Caorle (5 min) and Acqualandia in Jesolo (20 min). Venice 50km away.

💡 Good to Know

• Please arrive after 4:00 pm.
• Valid ID required for registration. Tourist tax (€1,00/night/guest over 6 yrs) paid in cash. 3 sets of keys provided.
• Close doors and windows when A/C is on. Use the remote to set temperature.
• Always close parking and sea gates after use.
• Separate waste using the recycling bins along Via tra i Pini.
• Smoking allowed outside only. Please don't leave cigarette butts.
• Before check-out: check drawers for belongings, put any moved furniture back, remove sand brought in, clean kitchen, empty fridge, take garbage to the bins.
